This recipe is inspired by @Dafni, who posted a recipe for toast with Emmental and smoked chicken. I decided to tweak it a bit to suit our tastes, and that's how this recipe came about, which my eldest thoroughly enjoyed yesterday afternoon! 😁

Ingredients

1 toast

2 sliceswhole wheat sandwich bread
1 1/2 sliceskasseri cheese
1 1/2 slicesmortadella
Cream cheese for spreading

Spread cream cheese on the slices of bread. Layer the mortadella first, then the kasseri cheese, and top with the second slice of bread.

Grill in a sandwich maker until the kasseri cheese melts. Enjoy it warm 🤗, accompanied by some chips or French fries, just for fun 😁😎!
