Ingredients

  1. 1 CupSweet corn
  2. 1Capsicum (finally chopped)
  3. 1Onion(finally chopped)
  4. as per tasteBlackpepper
  5. as per tasteChilli powder
  6. 4Chilli green
  7. 1 tbspAll-purpose flour
  8. 3 tspCorn flour
  9. 1/2 tspOregano
  10. as neededGhee
  11. as per tasteSalt
  12. 3 Cubecheese
  13. as required Water

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take a bowl mix all the ingredients corn, capsicum,onion,cheese,flour,cornflour, blackpapper, chilli,chilli powder,oregano salt etc.

    Mix them well and left it for 15 min it will left some extra water then and some ghee on it.

  3. 3

    Take a non-stick tawa or pan etc
    Spread some ghee on it.then make some small size tikki until it golden brown dont turn another side.when it become golden brown serve it and enjoy with tomato cathup or green chutney.
