Stir-Fried Garlic Chives & Konnyaku for Dieters

I put on weight during the year-end holidays and just couldn't lose it again. So, that's why I've been making a lot of konnyaku dishes. But apparently I wasn't getting enough nutrients, so my skin dried out....
So, I combined it with some very nourishing garlic chives, added a richer flavor, and it came out delicious. It goes so well with rice. This will probably backfire on my diet plans since I love rice so much!

-This has a rich flavor that goes well with rice.
-Dry-roasting the konnyaku will get rid of the bitter taste. Fry it until the pan starts to make sizzling noises.
-Pouring the soy sauce into the pan with the konnyaku and cooking until the liquid evaporates is the key to getting the flavor to penetrate.
-Since the chives cook quickly, only cook them for a short time.
-Stir-fry the konnyaku and garlic chives together quickly. Recipe by moj
