Stir-Fried Garlic Chives & Konnyaku for Dieters

I put on weight during the year-end holidays and just couldn't lose it again. So, that's why I've been making a lot of konnyaku dishes. But apparently I wasn't getting enough nutrients, so my skin dried out....
So, I combined it with some very nourishing garlic chives, added a richer flavor, and it came out delicious. It goes so well with rice. This will probably backfire on my diet plans since I love rice so much!
-This has a rich flavor that goes well with rice.
-Dry-roasting the konnyaku will get rid of the bitter taste. Fry it until the pan starts to make sizzling noises.
-Pouring the soy sauce into the pan with the konnyaku and cooking until the liquid evaporates is the key to getting the flavor to penetrate.
-Since the chives cook quickly, only cook them for a short time.
-Stir-fry the konnyaku and garlic chives together quickly. Recipe by moj

I edited the recipe and changed some photos.Parboil the konnyaku to make it easier for the flavors to penetrate it, and to get rid of that odd smell. If you're using bonito flake mini-packs, use 2 to 3.Adjust the amount of soy sauce used depending on how salty the kimchi you're using is.
