Creamy Egg Omu-hayashi

This is a favorite dish I've made for my family for a long time.
This is a quick omurice rice. If you let it completely cook through, it won't become creamy.

Creamy Mentaiko Omurice Creamy Mentaiko Omurice
I forgot which restaurant it was where I had the mentaiko omurice, but it was delicious and creamy. So I tried to re-create it...I think it is more delicious if you cook the butter rice with a frying pan. But it was quite a hassle, so I used a rice cooker! It contains some corn in this picture. You can add any ingredients you like. Enjoy with extra mentaiko for the topping! Recipe by tommy 0304 cookpad.japan -
Easy Omurice - Fluffy Filling Wrapped in Egg Easy Omurice - Fluffy Filling Wrapped in Egg
While creamy omurice is good, my husband prefers the original omrice, so I experimented and settled on this recipe. It is so easy. You can add green pepper and carrot to the filling to make the dish more nutritious. It is great for kids.In Step 5, make sure to only cook the egg until it is half-cooked. If you cook the egg for too long, it will not fold well around the filling. It is best for the underside to be browned, and the top side to be half-cooked. If you cook it well, it will be OK.
