Something simple I made. Needs some more veggies, but I can build on this later. Please note, the measurements are approximate, I usually just throw stuff in, but theres not an option for 'some'.

Light bite size pancake mini muffins with a homemade pancake batter. A sausage center gives them a delicious twist. Dip them in warm maple syrup for a breakfast treat or snack. We served them at a football gathering and they were the first snack gone! They freeze really well, just cool before freezing and reheat briefly in the microwave.

My fiance loved them and said they should be made A LOT more often!

I wanted to alter the original sausage rolls recipe and add my own funky twist, then boom. Here comes an incredible taste bud tingling snack, be prepared!

Kids friendly and u can even put a slice of cheese before to roll up. Is yummy! :-)

Rarely do I ever go out to the grocery store and buy ingredients to prepare a certain dish. Most of the time, I rifle through the ingredients I have bought and then make a determination. This is what I came up with. Feel free to make substitutions with what you have on hand. This is just a strategy.
