Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 150 gPasta (short type, e.g. rotini or fusilli)
  2. 200 mlVodka sauce
  3. 100 gChorizo (ground or crumbled)
  4. 1ball (about 100g) Burrata cheese
  5. 1 tbspFresh parsley (chopped)
  6. 1 tbspOlive oil
  7. 1/2 tspSalt
  8. 1/4 tspBlack pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain.

  2. 2

    In a pan, heat olive oil and cook chorizo until browned.

  3. 3

    Add vodka sauce to the pan and simmer for 2 minutes.

  4. 4

    Toss cooked pasta with the sauce and chorizo.

  5. 5

    Plate the pasta, top with burrata, and sprinkle with parsley.

  6. 6

    Season with black pepper and serve immediately.

Tips

For extra flavor, consider adding a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce.
