Take a bowl add yeast sugar and warm water 110 degrees and mix well and let it rest, it will become frothy.

Mix all the dry ingredients with yeast mixture and make a dough and close rest it for 1 hour. Then take a small portion and roll like Roti then roll like a sausage. Keep all the ends sealed. Pinch all the ends.

Lay the log on the baking tray and spread milk on it. Sprinkle kalonji seeds and sesame seeds on it. Then sprinkle coriander leaves. Sprinkle water on the baking tray, so that hot dog does not get dry.

Preheat oven at 180 degrees for ten mins and bake at same temperature for 15 mins.
