Ingredients: 1 cup hot water; 1 cup plant milk of choice - and maybe a few extra splashes to serve - or this can be substituted with another cup of hot water; 5 tbsp chopped ceremonial grade cacao - cacao powder will also work; 2 tbsp tahini - optional; 1 tsp vanilla extract - optional; 1 pinch pink Himalayan salt; 1 pinch or 2 of ground cardamom and/or cinnamon and/ or chilli powder; 1 tbsp sweetener of choice if needed eg maple or pure date syrup or honey if not vegan; To serve: icecubes

Blend everything (apart from the ice cubes) together.
Or you can heat everything together in a pan on the stove - do not boil.

Fill a glass with ice cubes. Pour the cacao milk over the ice. Enjoy 😋
