Pehli baar jab main Naan Bana rahi thi tou mujhe Yaqeen nahi Tha k ghar main achhe ban jain gai. Lekin bilkul restaurants jaise hi bane, soft,cheezy,delicious.
Steps

Take a bowl, add maida, salt, sugar, dahi, oil, baking powder, baking soda. Knead soft dough with Lukewarm water. Cover and rest for 2-3 hours.

Take a dough of aprox: 1 roti, dust dry atta at working place, roll with rolling pin.

Heat griddle, spread little normal water (just wet your hand and spread at roti), put on tawa.

When half done, cook top side, directly at stove but little bit away from fire.

When done, spread little butter or ghee,and serve hot with karahi/ any curry.

When half done, cook other side on stove, not too near to the flame.
