in a bowl, add eggs and butter milk with the old bay seasoning and wisk together. in the other bowl add the flour, cornmeal and garlic powder. dip shrimp in the wet ingredients bowl and then in the other bowl

fry shrimp in oil for about 4 minutes on each side. and serve
