    Peel your potatoes

    Cut your onions into slides

    Blend your tomatos,ginger and garlic all together

  5. 5

    Put your pot on fire,put oil and onion to fry,add the blended item to fry and put your spices and a pinch of salt to taste and add a tea cup of water.

  6. 6

    Done and ready to eat
