Mix all dry

Whisk egg and Flavour slightly not foamy,make a hole on dry mixture bowl,add to wet,mix well with hand whisk with controlled water,such that batter is smooth and thick,add carrot last,mix well

Heat up Lil oil like 1tbs on fry pan,scoop in batter,flip side when it starts shrinking or forming a crepe,repeat for others,drain in a paper towel or sieve,enjoy with drink of choice
