Steps

Take 200 ml water in a kadhai and add 2 packets of maggi in it to boil

Cover it leave it for at least 5 minutes. Take a pan and add 2 tsp of desi ghee to it

Add chopped garlic cloves and green chilies in it and leave it for 2 minutes.

Add chopped onion and wait for it turns slightly brown.

Then add chopped tomatoes in it along with capsicum and leave it for 2 minutes.

Add salt, red chili powder,haldi,dhaniya powder according to your taste.

Then you can add your boiled maggi in this mixture of masala and veggies.

To add more spiciness to it you can 1 tsp of chilli flakes to it.

And finally, garnish it with some coriander leaves.
