Steps

Sieve flours in mixing bowl add salt, cumin pepper powder & clarified butter & mix well till crumbly texture add required water & knead tight dough. Cover & keep aside for 30 minutes.

Now knead dough again for 5 minutes to make it smooth, make small equal balls from dough & roll small puri & prick it with rolling pin or knife. Roll & prick remaining puri, dry puri under fan for 30 minutes.

Heat oil in pan & fry puris from both sides till light brown on medium flame. Puri can be stored for 15 days.
