Crispy Maida Rava Puri (perfect evening snack)

When think about any snacks the first thing comes to the mind is of Puri. It's made by adding many different ingredients such as by cumin seeds, fenugreek, caraway seeds.
To give a crispy and tasteful taste today I have added Rava. Puri made from maida and rava is very much suitable in all functions especially during festival times, in children lunchbox, likewise in many such occasions also. This item doesn't gets spoiled so it can also be said as dry snacks.

Firstly in a big vessel take strained maida and rava and add ghee to it.

In that add cumin seeds and salt to taste.

Now take light warm water and add slowly and prepare the batter. Cover it and keep aside for 15-20 mins.

Prepare small balls from the batter and roll it thin to prepare medium size Puri. Make cuts on Puri so that while frying the Puri doesn't blow up.

Now to fry heat oil in a pan first at high flame and then on medium flame and fry it. When it turns light pink in colour take it out from pan.

Likewise prepare all Puri's and fry it. So here crispy maida rava Puri is ready to serve.
