  4. 1/2 tspChilli powder
  5. 1/2 tspMango powder
  6. For Filling::
  7. Lotus root 1 large
  8. Salt to taste
  9. 1/2 tspChilli powder
  10. 1/2 tspMango powder
  11. For Batter:
  12. Gramflour 1/2 cup
  13. Salt to taste
  14. 1/2 tspChilli powder
  15. 1/2 tspMango powder
  16. Other ingredient:
  17. Oil to fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil,peel and mash potatoes.

    Scrap,slice and boil lotus root.

    Mix together coating ingredients.

    Mix together batter ingredients and make a runny batter by gradually adding water.

    Take some potato mixture.

    Put lotus root in it.

    Fold to make a ball.

    Dip in batter.

    Heat oil in a wok.
