Ingredients

  1. 2.5 cupspasta
  2. 11/2 tspnamak
  3. 3-4 dropsoil
  4. CHICKEN FILLING:
  5. 2 tbspoil
  6. 2chopped onion
  7. 1 tbsplehsan chopped
  8. 400 gmchicken small cubes
  9. 2chopped tomatoes
  10. 1/2 cuptomato ketchup
  11. 1 tspsalt
  12. 1 tspchilli powder
  13. 1 tspblack pepper powder
  14. 1 tspdried oregano
  15. 1/2 cupchicken stock
  16. 1chopped shimla mirch
  17. WHITE SAUCE:
  18. 2 tbspbutter
  19. 2 tbspmaida
  20. 2 & 1/2 cup milk
  21. salt to taste
  22. 1/2 tspwhite peper powder
  23. 1/2 tspblack pepper
  24. 1/2 cupcheddar Cheese

Cooking Instructions

20-30mins

    Boil pasta with water, salt & oil and set a side

  2. 2

    For chicken filling take a pan.. add oil saute onion.. add garlic fry it.. now add chicken & all other ingredients except shimla mirch.. bhunofy.. now add shimla mirch & cook for 2-3mins more..set this a side

    For white sauce
    Take a pan.. add butter, Maida mix it on low flame until it's smells good now add milk mix it until thicken.. now add white pepper, black pepper & salt.. mix well n set this a side too

    Now in a pan mix chicken filling & white sauce filling together.. Now mix pasta in it.. flame full.. mix all well

    Add cheese and cover pan properly until cheese melted.. serve this to your family.. all will definitely love it
