Ingredients

  1. 2 kgall purpose flour
  2. 500 gramsugar
  3. 3 tablespoonsbaking powder
  4. 400 grammargarine
  5. 1 tablespoonsalt
  6. 2 teaspooncinnamon
  7. chill pepper (powder) optional
  8. 3 tablespoonsNutmeg
  9. 250 mlmilk
  10. vegetable oil for frying

    Add the flour in a mixing bowl together with butter, sugar, salt, and nutmeg, cinnamon,and pepper mix till crumbled
    Add the milk and mix till it form a dough then knead for about 5 minutes
    Part it in four and let it rest for 30 minutes and after that knead again
    Roll your dough out till 1 to 1 1/2 cm
    Then cut it in cubes using a knife or pizza cutter

    Heat the oil for frying
    Fry it using a fork to separate it from sticking then continue stirring occasionally till golden brown
    Place the fried chin chin on a paper towel when done
    Allow to cool down and serve
