Cut the pork into easy to eat pieces. De-shell and devein the shrimp, and cut into easy to eat pieces. Cut the onion into wedges.

Rinse the bean sprouts lightly and drain in a sieve.

Mix the ● ingredients together.

Heat up a pan, add the pork and stir fry. Add the shrimp and stir fry until it changes color.

Add onions and continue stir frying.

Add bean sprouts, stir fry some more and season with salt and pepper.

Transfer half of the contents of the pan to a bowl or plate.

Spread out the rest evenly in the pan. Pour in half the batter from step 3, cover with a lid and cook over medium heat.

When the edges are cooked, fold it over in half and brown both sides. Make another okonomiyaki with the remaining ingredients.Transfer to serving plates and serve with side vegetables and chilli sauce.
