I love the texture of cooked nagaimo yam.

Cut the nagaimo yam lengthwise into half, and cut them into slices slightly thicker than 1 cm.

Heat sesame oil in a pot, and stir-fry the yams. When they are lightly browned, pour in ◆ ingredients to coat.

Sprinkle on shichimi spice to your liking and bonito flakes, and mix together, and it's done. (I used 1 pack of bonito flakes in the picture.)
