Steps

Firstly in a pan add oil, then in it add chopped onion saute it for a while and then add ginger -garlic paste. saute it until it aroma comes.

Then in an another pan,slightly fry the paneer.

Then the pan add, maggi paneer masala and tomato puree and saute it till oil separates from the gravy.

Now at this point add capsicum and onion.Mix them with the masala.

Finally add, paneer in it and stir them with light hand. Paneer kadhai is ready to serve hot.
