Red Lentil Spaghetti with Sautéed Beef – Jon Style

This is a gluten-free pasta recipe.
I really enjoy Indian food because of the variety of spices. Sometimes I use those spices in dishes that aren’t traditionally Indian, like pasta and beef. But since we’re in Jon’s kitchen, I invite you to try something new and enjoy this dish—I’m sure you’ll love it.

Measure and cut all the ingredients for the recipe.
Bring a pot of water to a boil, add the pasta, cook for about 7 minutes, then drain. - 3
Heat a wok over high heat.
Add a splash of oil, sauté the bell peppers and broccoli, then set aside. - 4
Add a little more oil to the wok, sauté the beef, then set aside.

Add another splash of oil to the wok and sauté the garlic, ginger, and jalapeño together.
Add the rest of the spices and cook quickly for a few seconds.
Add the tomatoes and salt, and cook for one minute. - 6
Add the beef and cooked pasta, and mix well.
Serve immediately on a plate and garnish with a little chopped cilantro.
