4 clovesgarlic
2tblsp mixed herbs
1tblsp olive oil

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Mince garlic, add herbs and olive oil and mix. Marinade lamb for minimum 1 hour.

I believe in quick, full of fibre meals. I love vegetables. I cannot cook for one. Rocket is my favourite herb. Beef is the winner but I’ve drastically cut down.Health is wealth (I try)Again, I believe in quick meals.
