Ingredients

  1. Chicken
  2. 2 tablespoonsbutter
  3. 2small onions
  4. 1 cupchopped green peppers
  5. 1 cupchopped pimento olives
  6. Salt
  7. 1 tablespoonminced parsley
  8. 1 cupcanned tomato soup
  9. Pepper
  10. Celery salt
  11. Onion seasoning

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare chicken for frying and cut into small pieces. Melt butter in frying pan and cook small minced onions. Add sufficient fat and fry chicken. Add chopped green pepper,chopped olives minced parsley,canned tomato soup,salt and pepper to taste.

    Cook 1 hour. Serve hot with steaming rice
