I tried gobhi sabji in this way first time and it came out too yum.Taste is amazing ☺️
Steps

Boil the cauliflower and potatoes with salt for 2min.Drain the water then take curd in a bowl along with all spices (only add half of given quantity),gram flour and 1tbsp musterd oil and mix nicely. Now coat potatoes and cauliflower with this mixture and rest it for 20-25 min.

After 25min.heat 2
Tbsp oil in a pan and shallow fry the gobhi and potatoes. - 3
Now heat 2 tbsp oil,add ginger garlic chilli paste along with cumin seeds,heing and onion.Saute till golden brown,now add tomato puree along with rest quantity of spices and salt.Add little water and add gobhi-Aloo and cook for 10-12 min.At last add cream and serve.
