  1. Dry Ingredients
  2. 2 cupsFlour
  3. 2 cupsSugar
  4. 1/2 cupCocoa
  5. 1 1/2 teaspoonsBaking Powder
  6. 1 teaspoonSalt
  7. Wet Ingredients
  8. 2 teaspoonsVanilla
  9. 1 cupMilk
  10. 1/2 cupOil
  11. 2Eggs
  12. 2 cupsWater

Cooking Instructions

    Mix the dry ingredients together.

    Next add the wet ingredient to the dry mixture, and mix well.

    Pour mixture in cupcake liners at around 3/4 full.

    Set bake to 400°F and bake for about 36 minutes. If the tooth pick comes out clean they are fully baked.
