Steps

Add bulgar in bowl and cover bulgar completely with boiling water (water must be slightly more than the amount of bulgar so it just covers it). Then cover the bowl with a towel and leave for 10mins

Make sauce: add olive oil, vinegar, honey
- 3
Cut celery, peeled carrots, cucumber and tomatoes into small cubes with mint
- 4
Add all together. Put cut cubes (above) and sauce into Bulgar bowl and mix thoroughly. I then added some feta on top
