In a pot melt the sugar. Heat slowly until it caramelise.

Gently pour the orange juice into the pot. The sugar will crystallize. Just keep the pot on low heat and whisk until the sugar melts.

Slice the oranges and lemon. Pour the red wine into the pot. Add the sliced oranges and lemon.

Add the cinnamon sticks, star anise and cloves.

Heat slowly (never let is boil). Heat for 15 to 30 minutes until there is yummy flavours from the oranges and spices.

Enjoy it in a mug and warm.
