I like to serve dishes with a "Christmas feel" to them on Christmas. Make rice balls in snowman's shape, and shape the potato salad into a Christmas tree. Then you'll have a dinner table covered in a Christmas-inspired feast!

It looks pretty when you place bacon slices diagonally like ribbons. You can also add quail eggs. I season the meatloaf with seasonings like Chinese chicken soup base. Recipe by erirun

Ingredients

  • 500 grams[a] Ground meat
  • 100 mlFrozen mixed vegetables
  • 200 mlPanko (soak in milk)
  • 1Egg
  • 2Baby cheese
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 1 pinchPepper, allspice etc.
  • 1/2Onion (mice and saute)
  • 5 sliceBacon (cut in half)
  • 1Carrots, cherry tomatoes, okura, radish etc.
  • 1[b] Meat sauce, sauce, soy sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine [a] well.

    In a savarin ring mold, place the bacon diagonally, like ribbons. Then fill the mold with the meat mixture.

    Bake in a 180℃ oven for 30 minutes. Adjust the baking time/temperature if necessary.

    When the juices run clear when poked with a toothpick, it's done.

  5. 5

    Tilt the mold over a pan and drain the drippings onto the pan. On a large plate, flip the mold and take out the meatloaf. Be careful not to break it.

  6. 6

    Decorate with the vegetables of your choice. If you are using carrots or okura, cook before use.

  7. 7

    Add [b] in the pan with drippings and combine. Pour the sauce in the center of the meatloaf. Adjust the seasonings of the sauce as you like.
