  • 1 packageschicken breast
  • 1 canartichoke hearts (in water and drained)
  • 1 packagesfrozen chopped spinach (thawed and drained of excess water)
  • 1 packagescream cheese, softened
  • 1 cancreamed soup, any preference
  • 1 dashsalt & pepper

Steps

    Layer chicken, s & p, spinach, and artichokes in crock pot

  2. 2

    Mix softened cream cheese with creamed soup and pour over chicken

  3. 3

    Cook on low 6-8 hours or on high 3-5 hours

Excellent. Great over pasta. The chicken sweats a little and thins the sauce sometimes.
