Take Fresh bhindi and make a small vertical cut to fill the stuffing.

For stuffing take gram flour, dhaniya jeera powder, red chilli powder, Haldi, Salt, crushed garlic, oil and mix it well. Then fill that stuffing into bhindi.

Heat the oil into the pan and stir fry masala-filled bhindi into it. Then add tomato and stir it continuously and fry for 2-3 min.

Let it cook for 8-10 mins until it cooks properly and Serves it hot.
