It's a dum kababs version. But with a twist just to take an equal amount of mince and press into your palm, that's it muthii kabab is ready fry and use.
Also can freeze the fried kababs for further use .

It's a dum kababs version. But with a twist just to take an equal amount of mince and press into your palm, that's it muthii kabab is ready fry and use.

Steps

In chopper add Ginger, garlic cloves, black pepper,salt and Green chillies make grind it coarsely. Let it out and make kababs in muthii. Make kababs and fry in oil.

In the same oil add finely chopped onions and ginger garlic paste cook for 2 minutes. Now add tomatoes, yogurt and spices Mix well and let the tomatoes soften.

After the tomatoes soften add fried kababs and Bhoonify at medium high Flame. Add green chillies, fresh coriander leaves and julianne cut ginger.

At last give a coal dumm. And Dumm kababs are ready to serve.
