1tesp ginger powder
1tesp garlic powder
1 tblscoriander powder
1tesp black pepper powder
1tesp fenugreek seeds
3-4green cardemom
3-4cloves
1tesp garam masala powder
1tesp Salt

In a clean jar Add all spices in it then Grind it well.

Grind to make fine powder then sifted the grinded powder. چھان لیں۔۔

Then at Dry pan roast for a minute and let it cool.

When the Masala is cool down add into jar and it's ready for use.
