My Bacon, Chicken & Cheese Parcels 😘

I made these before but this time it's Bacon,chicken + cheese with Black pepper pepper. I had one it was lovely for Lunch the rest I will wrap up and freeze. The bacon mix was enough for 5 so I had to cut another square out of another ready rolled pastry. I will find something to put in the 3 that's left, later 🤔

Cut the pastry into 4 squares

Add the same amount of chicken pieces in the middle of each pastry

Then same with the bacon

Then the Grated Cheese

Next fold the corner of the pastry right over to the middle just passed then the other corner the same and the third corner so it looks like an envelope then wet the end of the last corner with a finger tip of water and pull that over and stick down.

With a basting brush just based each one with milk over the top. Then with a knife put two slips in each pastry.

Line the oven tray with parchment paper then using a spatula lift up the pastries and add them on the tray.

Add to a preheated oven 175°C for 15- 20 minutes if still pale higher the oven up to 185°C for a further 5 minutes.

When cooked serve them and any left over you can freeze for another time.
