3 cupswater
1chopped onion
1 tspGinger garlic paste
as requiredFinely chopped coriander
as per tasteBlack pepper
as per your tasteSalt
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder

Add Dal after washing to the pressure cooker

Add salt pepper and other masala to the cooker and cover it with a lid and cook it till the fore whistles Uske bad

Add oil in a pan at chopped onion and them until Brown

At boiled dal and coriander leaves and the Dal is ready to serve
