  • 2brown mushrooms
  • 100 gspinach
  • 1 Tablespoonbalsamic
  • 1 Tablespoonhoney
  • Toast
  • Hummus
  • Parma ham

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Dice 2 brown mushrooms and sauté until soft, then add spinach. Mix in 1 tablespoon of balsamic and 1 tablespoon of honey

    Toast some bread, spread hummus on top, then add some Parma ham (I crisp it in the air fryer for 2 minutes) and top with mushroom mixture.
