Aloo ke Gutke

This unique preparation is well goes with Pahadi Kakadi ka raita which is a hilly delicacy of Kumaon region of Uttarakhand.

Wash and boil the potatoes, should not be over boiled.

Cut potatoes in to dices. You can peel the potatoes if you don't like the skin otherwise its OK.

Not heat the oil, crackle the jakhia and whole coriander seeds along with dry red chillies. Avoid burning

Now add the garlic, green chillies And turmeric.

Add potatoes and toss gently until the oil is completely absorbed.

Sprinkle salt and fresh coriander and mix well.

Serve with tea...
