First to bhidi narwater and soak and muslin clothes to wipe them

Ahete 10 minutes to cut with center and extra piles to remove them

Other side to add one tsp add oil and add to garlic and saute them and then add ginger other spices add in masala and onion paste to sauté them 10 minutes and then separate oil and then bhindi add on and stir fry and masalay in it and q0 minutes stir well

And gas low flame and saute well 10 minutes and tomato paste and stir well now our bhindi ready to eat we eat lunch diner with roti and rice.
