Take a bowl put Hung curd add aloo smash it nicely then add besin,maida, cornstarch,add spice powders

Then add onions, ginger and garlic paste, coriander,rest cornflakes add althose make nice course dough

Take boiled egg slice it

Then take each slice cover up the mixed course dough coat with cornflakes crush

Prepare all egg slice kababs

Place all kababs in a pan add oil fry well

Once it's gets golden colour take out

Then cut the slice crave along with tomato sauce ready to serve dahi egg kabab
