Steps

Heat oil in Kadai, fry bhindi and diced onions and keep aside.

Now same Kadai heat oil add cumin seeds, chopped onion and saute, then add chopped tomatoes ginger garlic paste and fry well, add turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder, salt and cook well.

Now add 2-3 tbsp water and cook for 2 mins.

Then add fried bhindi, onion, and Kasuri methi, mix well and cook 2 mins.

Now Bhindi Do Pyaza is ready to serve with Roti, paratha.
