Stir-fried Prawns with Eggs Stir-fried Prawns with Eggs
This is my favorite combination of food. I don't call this a recipe because it is too easy. I often make this dish when I am busy.By frying the leek well it will give a good flavour to this dish. You don't need any special onion-flavoured oil. Just use usual seasonings for this dish. I used extra large-sized eggs this time. If you have medium ones use three. Marinated Vermicelli Marinated Vermicelli
In this recipe, I used crab sticks which is made with fish based surimi. Surimi means 'ground fish meat' in Japanese, and is made from lean, white fleshed fish. They give good texture and umami flavor to their dishes. Rie -
Fresh Water Prawn Noodle Fresh Water Prawn Noodle
Very delicious Cantonese fried noodles usually found in hawker stalls. We call it Sang Har Mee because for its enormous big prawn or some use more expensive fresh water prawns. It is the prawns that gives the noodle its uniqness. This recipe can also be used to cook Cantonese Yin Yong or beehoon mixed with kuey teow. Clemence Hoe - Asian Home Cuisine -
