Steps

Clean prawns and deshell (if not already done).

Slice onions into rings

Chop up Garlic
- 4
Heat wok and add oil till well heated
- 5
Add onions, garlic and chilli pieces and sautee till onions turn caramelised brown

Add the prawns and swirl around pan
- 7
Add in salt, pepper and chilli flakes along with the soya sauce and mix well

When the prawn looks cooked (turned pinkish and firm), squeeze in lime
- 9
Serve with Pasta, Bread or White rice
- 10
Add more hot sauce or tomato sauce/puree to thicken or make it more saucy. to your preference.
