Heat the pan then add oil.

Add the mixture bit by bit while you spread it on the pan. Cook for 2 minutes.

After two minutes start folding it little by little

Add the remaining mixture and cook for another two minutes then continue with the folding

Shape it well and reduce the heat, turn it while you continue shaping.it will give an appetizing brown color when well done.

For serving,Slice it into equal pieces and arrange it neatly as below.ypu may garnish it with chilli or tomato sauce to enhance the experience.
