Steps

Take a bottle gourd (louki)
Wash peeled cut into pieces add water keep aside. Chopped onion make ready tomato puriee chopped green chillies. - 2
Take a pressure cooker.Heat up oil in it add cumin seeds add chopped onions saute till brown add red chilli powder add tomato puree saute chopped green chilli saute add little water add all dry spices

Garam masala powder turmeric powder salt dry Coriander powder mix well saute now add bottle gourd cut into pieces saute well add water

Adjust water deepending on the gravy mix all well and make 2 whistle and put on 2 min. on low flame

Switch off the flame till presser cooker get cool.

Now open lid check the gravy mix well.
