Doi or Yoghurt is very healthy for all. One should have it every day in some form. Today I made Bhapa Doi which is very famous from Bengal state or Baked Yoghurt.

Doi or Yoghurt is very healthy for all. One should have it every day in some form. Today I made Bhapa Doi which is very famous from Bengal state or Baked Yoghurt.
Steps

In a bowl add hung curd, whisk. Add condensed milk and whisk to make a smooth batter. Add milk and whisk.

Pour the batter into matkas, cover with aluminum foil.

In a heavy-bottomed pan place a stand, add 1 cup water, place a plate on it, add the yogurt Matkas and on medium flame cover to steam for 25 mins.

In between please check after every 10 mins to see the water level. If reduced carefully add water.

Once done, carefully set aside the Matkas. Cool at room temperature completely. Add chopped almonds and pistachios and refrigerate.

Refrigerate for 3 hours to set.

Plate, add cherries, and enjoy a healthy dessert.
