Ingredients

20 minutes
  1. 300 grmsthick curd
  2. 1/2 small cup chopped onion
  3. 1/2 small cup chopped cucumber
  4. 1/2 small cup chopped carrot
  5. 1/2 small cup chopped tomatoes without seeds
  6. 1/2chopped green chilli
  7. 4 clovechopped garlic
  8. 2 tablespoonschopped fresh coriander leaves
  9. 1/4 teaspoonpepper
  10. 1/4 teaspoonblack salt
  11. 1/4 teaspoondry ginger powder
  12. 1/4 teaspoonroasted jeera powder
  13. 1/4 teaspoonghee

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Take curd in a deep-width bowl. Smooth its consistency with a beater. if required add some spoon water.

    All vege chopped very fine. In boiled water dip carrot for few minutes. Now add one by one all veges.

    Mix it with a soft hand. Now add salt ginger powder jeera powder garlic & chili. Coriander leaves were also added.

    Mix it softly. Take a Tarka pan
    add 1/4 teaspoon ghee & roast pepper. Spread this tarka on raita. Garnish it with chopped tomatoes & coriander.

    Raita is ready for serve. We can cool it in freeze for some time. Even we can eat chapati with it. A proper meal with lots of veggies. It looks so colorful & rich.
