Ingredients

10 minutes

1 serving

1mashed banana
3 tbspflour of choice
1/4 tspbaking powder
1 tbspmaple syrup
1-2 tbspalmond milk (enough to create cake batter consistency)
1 tspdesiccated coconut
1 tbspvanilla protein powder (optional)
Small handful of blueberries
Vanilla yoghurt

Mash banana until puréed

Add all ingredients and stir until combined

Microwave for 2-3 minutes

Allow to sit/cool for 3 minutes (important!)

Add a dollop of vanilla yoghurt to serve
