  • 1onion, sliced
  • 1red pepper, sliced
  • 6 clovesgarlic, minced
  • 1/8 teaspoonblack pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoonsalt
  • 1 tablespoonbalsamic vinegar
  • Extra black pepper

    In a large skillet heat some olive oil…….

    Drizzle olive oil, black pepper and balsamic vinegar all over tilapia fillets on both sides…..

    Place your cooked veggies all around tilapia ……

    Place baking sheet in a preheated 350 degree oven and cook for about 30-40 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork, cooking times vary with thickness of tilapia……..

Interesting! Unfortunately I haven’t seen Tilapia fillets here, it’s always the whole fish lol. This might taste delicious on Dory or some other meaty fish too 😋 will try!
