Simple Baked Tilapia

Ingredients

  1. 1 packagetilapia fillets (about 2-3 pounds)
  2. Olive oil
  3. 1onion, sliced
  4. 1red pepper, sliced
  5. 6 clovesgarlic, minced
  6. 1/8 teaspoonblack pepper
  7. 1/8 teaspoonsalt
  8. 1 tablespoonbalsamic vinegar
  9. Extra black pepper

Cooking Instructions

    In a large skillet heat some olive oil…….

    Sauté your onion, red pepper and garlic for a few minutes, or until veggies are slightly tender, add your black pepper and salt to veggies, then remove skillet from heat when veggies are tender…….

    Rinse and pat dry your tilapia fillets …….

    Place tilapia on a large baking sheet ……

    Drizzle olive oil, black pepper and balsamic vinegar all over tilapia fillets on both sides…..

    Place your cooked veggies all around tilapia ……

  7. 7

    Place baking sheet in a preheated 350 degree oven and cook for about 30-40 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork, cooking times vary with thickness of tilapia……..

    Serve with a side salad and enjoy 😉!!

Interesting! Unfortunately I haven’t seen Tilapia fillets here, it’s always the whole fish lol. This might taste delicious on Dory or some other meaty fish too 😋 will try!
