This is a simple and flavourful dish which taken very little time to prepare. here I used leftover rice you can use freshly cooked rice and the best part of this dish is that you can eat it without any side dish because its taste is so amazing.

First, take all ingredients. then heat an iron tawa you can use non-stick in also.

Add oil in tawa and heat it add mustard seeds when they splattered add curry leaves and green chilies. saute few seconds then add chopped mint leaves.

Now add cooked rice and salt as per taste.mix well cover and cook for two minutes. Serve and enjoy.
